One of the members of my community sent me this error message she is getting. She is not able to post to our Cruise Critic boards. Can you help?

i keep getting a message when I try to post that I have an error - call rejected by caller. WHat does this mean?
How can I correct this problem?

Hello Laura

It's a browser error rather than an OpenTopic one so a start will be the browser used by your member. I'm guessing a javascript error so if there's a line number, this is important.

Can the user login with the old interface? Does the error happen in this one too?
