One of the members of the CareCure Community Forums posted that he is having trouble with Internet Explorer at work getting "fully logged on" on our OpenTopic Forums. Let me try to describe the problem but you can also see for yourself his posting. His username is Carl.

As far as I can understand, his browser is able to see forums but he is unable to start new topics. However, once he has posted once in an existing topic, he can do so.

He seems to have done all the obvious things, like clean out his cookies, used different browsers, went back to the old interface, etc.

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

What version of Internet Explorer is he using?

Here is an idea... Does he have a popup blocker running that is crazy secure and wont even let user initiated popups come up?

I bet he is using the quick reply div to reply to existing topics, but cant create new topics or use the Full Reply popup because he has a popup blocker messing with him.

Make sense? Seem to fit?
