Hi, I have a user that has an email account and I guess all of the pictures, are showing up as superscript "A"'s (Â). Has anyone found a fix for this or even ever seen this issue at all?

This sounds like a text encoding issue. Your best bet is to open a support ticket so we can take a look at the exact usage/issue and help you fix it.
