Hi Dave. We had a server die on us. That server has been restarted now and should not give us more probmlems.

FYI: the outage made a good (if unscheduled test) of some of the changes we've made to the latest software release (2.0.8) to better handle failover of services appears. The beta sites running the new code reacted much better to the outage with no perceptible drop off in performance or functionality that we could detect.

Thanks for the update - pleased to hear the failover process is working as expected - looking forward to receiving that code on Shang
