Will it be possible to (easily) import configuration and content from an existing UBB system?

Hi Tomas. This is the functionality I'm implementing right now (actually, it would be if I wasn't writing this reply). We're aiming to make it as simple as possible (you specify your FTP details, we transfer your members and topics into OpenTopic).

How hard is it to transfer from Open Topic to the standard Ubb?

If I'm correct, that functionality isn't implemented yet. Don't worry though, as it is high on "the to-do list"

It will most hopeffuly have variable output options, with one of them being UBB format.
