I have been using UBB for a long time now. And i would like some answers to the following questions.

If i get OT, can i still use/keep UBB?

When will you announce some upcoming features and cost?

Where is the control panel located at on OT?

And, will infopop still update the UBB?

A timely reply would be appreciated.

If two and four seem rude, then perhaps you should read around a little bit before asking things that have been asked a lot already.

While the questions have been asked already, they have not been answered. I too have been asking the same questions and have yet to get an answer that is in the least bit helpful/

"when they are ready to" you really think thats helpful, grow up

In Marks defense, if you new they had been asked already with no answer why would you post them again? It's obvious that either infopop doesn't have a exact date yet or they aren't ready to share that date. All they have said is Spring 2000.

Steve is right. If you see that people are aksing, and the only reply you're seeing is "Spring 2000", then THAT is the answer you have to live with for now.

When Infopop is ready to provide more information, they will.

The thing that concerns me is that we are potential customers of Infopops. We come on here as customers asking a couple of reasonable questions and get a rude reply. Are you infopop staff, if so you really dont enhance the companies image, if not then you should let the company reply.

If I went into a store and got the same reception I would walk out, would'nt you?
