I'm making some DNS switches to our sites and I need to know the IP addresse that http://messages.cruisecritic.com should point to. If you could let me know asap, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

Assuming you're on Shang/Zhou (/2 or /3 respectively), your IP addresses would be:

63.251.4.69

63.251.4.70

Note that "messages.cruisecritic.com" already points to these IP addresses as per our corporate DNS cache...

It is worth mentioning, as well, that there may be an MX problem.

If one does a lookup for the "cruisecritic.com" MX record, "db.independenttraveler.com" is returned. If one does a lookup for the "db.independenttraveler.com" A record, null (as in nada, zilch, nothing) is returned.

I ran these lookups on one of our OpenTopic servers (i.e.: our OpenTopic cache DNS servers), and later verified directly against the [supposed] authoritative source, ns.rackspace.com (the cruisecritic.com DNS provider).

Basically, right now, all of your mail is bouncing with "Sorry, I couldn't find a mail exchanger or IP address. (#5.4.4)".
