Question:
Every week when email digests are sent out, we receive an email of all the bounced member email addresses. How do I turn off that members email digest so I stop getting all the bounced email notifications?

From the Member Management section of the control panel, select the member. At the bottom of the profile page there's a checkbox marked "Suspend All User's Subscriptions". Check that, click the "Update Profile Information" button, and you're all set!
