When you click the Manage link you can manage the topic: move it, edit it, copy it, etc.

I got it but one more doubt ..
Moderator can edit the messages present in the forum? means only after displaying in the forum?
then what if someone is sending any indecent material? moderator can remove it only after displaying in the forum.
