Hi - have you guys (Infopop) been having connectivty issues into the data center over the past week or so?

I've experienced this myself and have also had reports from members around the country that they are sporadically unable to access my OT forums, including today.

It's difficult to give you much more than that as it is sporadic - what you see is a 'page not found' in the browser almost immediately you access the site - as you might experience when a domain is not defined. There's no delay or timeout waiting for the forum to load, it's instantaneous.

All other aspects of my site are working fine (non-Infopop hosted).

I'm on Shang /2 if that helps.

There are no known issues that we are aware of currently. I would suggest submitting a trouble ticket so that we can look into the issue particular to your site. It does sound like it may be a DNS problem, so perhaps the DNS server is being flaky...

Did you ever find the cause of this problem? Was it DNS or some kind of strange routing issue?
