I just used the back button on my browser, I was at the TOPIC level returning back to the Forum Level. I am using Internet Explorer Ver. 6.0. Below is the message I received. Other member have reported what appears to be the same problem. This doesn't sound good, guys!

Yep. IE Problem (for users who have installed their very latest update). We think we have a workaround. That'll be out in the 3.0.5 release.
