Every week when email digests are sent out, we receive an email of all the bounced member email addresses. How do I turn off that individual members email digest?

I have searched all the Open Topic Admin pages and menus with no luck. The link to the manuals gives a 404 error. I am using Open Topic through infopop.com. Their help refers me here.
