Where is "move topic" in the admin at the bottom of the page? Or does that only show up when I'm logged in with an account that can do that?

Also, I (among others) was pushing hard for a feature where you can extract messages from one thread and start a new one with them. Is that kind of thing in here?

Why? I don't think this software should take away functionality that already exists in the perl product (at least at software's initial launch).

I don't like this choice at all either.
