The posts on my board are coming up 20 minutes after they are posted and the threads disappear when you post to them. This happens twice a week now and usually I call the office and they bounce the server and fix it. It is 9PM on Friday and no one is answering the phone at infopop. I would like to get this fixed now so my board doesn't have this problem all weekend.

We will have a look. Generally we wait until we get a 'failure' condition from the servers in question to take action on things like this. However, if you think that it's been happening with frequency then we will open a ticket internally and have a look at it.

The cache server is acting up again. The posts on my board are coming up 15 minutes after they are posted and the thread is disappearing as well.

I feel bad for this guy from England who every time he comes to our board the cache server is messed up and his posts disappear. It's just a coinsidence but he is convinced that we are trying to mess with him and that we don't want him to post.
Anyway it's still not working right.

Hi would you notify us (by posting in this topic, I'll get the email) as soon as there is a problem. This issue is pretty time sensitive and I need to see what is up when things are wrong.

Please let me know what the forum name is and the subject or user whose post is missing. Thanks.
