The Find function seems to be a little bit temperamental....or to put it another way...it doesnt work properly, why is this?

I can put in certain keywords and it doesnt find all of the posts containing them....why?

Also if using the advanced search and entering an Author Name it will only return the last 100 posts...why?

Is there any way around these issues?

We have recently been doing work to try and make Search more reliable. It has always been a source of either high load, or unreliability. And its been a battle between the two. That struggle is the source of only returning the first 100 results.

Currently there is no way around these issues, though rest assured that we are working on them.
