The subject line says it all.

Registered with a VERY nasty name using someone elses e-mail address, too.

Of course, I received no Registration notification, so I didn't catch it.

The system is burping big time!

A user with a banned IP address should not be able to register on your site. Could you please open a trouble ticket so that we can look into this particular violation on your site? Thanks!
