I submitted a trouble ticket earlier in the day and haven't received a response yet.

We have been having problems over the past week with users (mostly AOL) getting their email Pop-It notifications. Other users are getting these, it just seems that AOL users are not. Any suggestions?

I suspect that we will be getting to your ticket here shortly, I need to contact AOL but I am first trying to collect some mails from a few other sites so that I can use the IP addresses on them to ask AOL about.

With some luck this is similar to the trouble we had a while back and it's easily rectified.

Any news yet?

I am stil getting complaints from AOL users and don't know what do do or tell them.
