Introduced a New Simple Authentication API
· API allows you to use your eve as the login for other web based applications

API Permits Authentication only if
· Registration is approved
· Email verified (if required by site)
· User is not banned
· Profile is complete

Changes

1. Made all links in emails absolute to prevent problem in web based email clients
2. Fixed unsightly background colors in radio form elements affecting IE CSS
3. When registration is turned off, the option "I am not registered ..." will not appear.
4. Added two wordlets XSL_I_AM_NOT_REGISTERED_ON = "I am not registered on"
5. and XSL_REMEMBER_ME_ON_THIS_SITE def= "Remember me on this site"
6. Added doBodyOnload() function to portal page body tag.
7. Fixed problem where portal page sometime appeared in the lost password popup window.
8. "Use Independent Tables" now functions as expected
9. Links to "Trouble Ticket Form" corrected in the eve control panel.
10. Fixed incorrect link to Private Messages in notification emails.
11. Updated Server offset values so that timezone preferences are shown correctly.
12. Moderating a user and deleting all of a user's posts now require the module admin permission.

Version 1.0.4 will begin to be deployed to all production sites later on June 17th. All production sites will be updated by the end of the weekend.

No downtime is anticipated.
