Last Reply Date is now the default search option on the Private Message Admin search. For consistency, it now behaves the same as Topic Creation Date.
The user search tool for Personal Zone -> Ignored Users and Add Buddies will no longer return banned users.
The F=xxxx parameter is optional if linking to topics that have been created by Instant Topic. The parameter is still required if the topic has not yet been created.
