This is mostly a bug fix and useability issue release.

• digests now include site-wide subscriptions as expected
• archiving exclude any topics that are 1) Hightlighted 2) in the moderation queue or not visible and 3) have any messages that are in the moderation queue or not visible.
• content islands send the user to the last reply except for polls and albums
• added a Security check to the UBB.x Content Management control panel.
• revised HTMLTruncator will truncate the HTML fragment to the desired length pseudo intelligently
• fixed a bug where sites with "actual post counts" enabled instead of cumulative post counts displayed 0 counts
• added support for deleting private message replies.
• restored missing pagination on multi page PM's
• fixed typo in RSS2 feed links
• made header font size in forums page consistent
• increased the size of message alerts past 255 chars
• fixed bug that prevented forums hopto menu from rendering on some sites
