I just purchased the Web Address to a website that was using Groupee (TheSneakbox.com) The website has been down for less than a year. Is there any way to reinstate it under my name, or do I need to just start from scratch?

Hi, Chris:

That site has been deleted from our servers months ago, so you should just start over. Smile

You can purchase a plan here.

Do you know what plan that site was under? I do remember that I liked the way it was set up. Very user friendly.

Hi, Chris:

All of the plans you see will have the same set of features, except for the Pioneer plan, which doesn't have web access, so that will impact your features. You should order based on what you need in terms of storage and bandwidth. You can always upgrade your plan later if you need to, at no penalty. You'll pay only the difference between your current setup fee and the new setup fee, along with the monthly fee difference.

One other difference is that the two lowest plans do not have chat available by default (it is an extra add-on for those two plans).
