OK I am new to this.I don't know HTML, or any other "type" of programming whatsoever. I am trying to figure out on my own to produce a non profit bullentine board and chat room(s) for local, national, and international perfomers as like myself to met, greet, swap techinal discussions and a over place for resourcing. Is there a guide online some place to walk me through how to set up a UBB or php?? Anyone really good and ooohh so kind to help assist this changelled lady?? Any suggestions and help is GREATLY appericated. Thank You

I agree with Steven, UBB.x is probably the best way to go. This way you don't have to install files or need to know the difference between ASCII and binary. UBB.x comes free with Infopop Webhosting.
