I would like to place banner ads on my web site. I would like them to appear on all the pages within the site. I would also like the banners to rotate and be timed to my specifications. Is there a program cgi or other, that would allow for this without using frames on my pages. All I have been able to find are java programs that while I can place the code on every page, they reset the banner rotation when each page is accessed. I need continuous rotation page by page without the use of frames. Is this possible?
