Are you wanting to post clips or allow your members to post video clips? You can allow that by going into the Forum Settings, under Forum Message Attachments, and allowing "any type" of file to be attached. Be sure that you restrict this capability using the security settings, though, because you really don't want random users uploading "any file" as an attachment. For example, you could create a security group that contains only you, and then only allow yourself to upload attachments. The video clips will not show up as embedded; they'll look like an attachment, and then the users will have to click it (and have the required specific player--Real, Microsoft, Quicktime---installed) to view the clip.
