I would like to add a few links right under the spot where it says Hello <user> maybe in table form. Maybe in another table cell right under it. Where would I have to add this in the edit style page? Or would I even add it there? It would be in the same place as this text is on the main page for this support forum:

If you want the text to appear on the categories and forums page (main page of the forums) then you'll want to go to 'All Site-Wide Settings', then enter the text into the 'Discussion Forum Intro' textbox.

You can also put text in that area on a forum-by-forum basis by going to 'Categories & Forums', selecting the forum you want, and entering text into the 'Forum Introduction' box.
