"One licensed copy of the program may reside on a single server, in use by a single web site. For each installed instance of the program, a separate license is required. If the license is being leased, you must remove the UBB at the conclusion of the lease, unless you renew the license."

This is from the agreement.

Can i installed 2 or more UBB forum in the same server on the SAME DOMAIN but in different folder? for eg.

one UBB on www.abc.com/UBB1/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro

one UBB on www.abc.com/UBB2/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro

Thank you.

For each instance of the UBB, you require one license.

If you run two UBBs, you need two licenses. This is regardless of where the UBBs are located.

Same price for second, third, etc. Any questions on special arrangements should go direct to sales@infopop.com rather than on the open board.
