I recently Signed up at one of the forums, and It says that my E-mail had been banned, and Ive never been to the site before. What do I do?

You may be using an email address from a domain that has been banned. SOme admins ban all free accounts such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail. Only thing to do is click the contact us link at the bottom of the forum you tried to register for, and ask them.
