To me, Bruce Springsteen sounds constipated when he sings.

I think Bruce is one helluva person. But I don't like his music. I do, however, like Neil Young.

My siblings and husband also don't like Bruce Springsteen. But do like Neil Young.

I'm "eh" on Bruce Springstein (and I'm from NJ, too), but I do like I'm on Fire and Glory Days (that song just cheers me up whenever I hear it).

another jersey girl checking in - like bruce, generally, get very sick of him sometimes and definitely more of a neil young fan!

but my favorite favorite bruce song is Thunder Road. i LOVE Thunder Road.

in fact, i could take the Born to Run album, never hear another springsteen song outside of those and be perfectly content.

just leave me Neil.
