We have a problem on our site. If someone deletes a post all other posts that were in there are deleted too. I would like an optional recently deleted basket to retrieve this info.

I would also like the option of turning off the delete this post option too for the original poster of a thread or to have it active in 1 or more forums.

Some of our threads are rather detailed in the content and if the OP doesn't like it he just deletes his thread.

One option already built into the application is to remove the right to edit delete own posts, and then set the edit grace period to say 30 minutes. This will give regular users the ability to edit their own posts for 30 minutes after they make it to make revisions, but will not allow them to remove their posts after that 30 minutes...
