We're down too this morning. Are we also part of this shared server migration? Don't recall seeing any notification. If so, is it possible to get a better error message rather than the standard cannot find server so our users no when to expect us back?

You don't have your site address in your profile so I don't know where to look, kimmer, or why it is down. Can you put in a ticket please? All of ... or I guess most all of the sites were up hours ago.

I did put a ticket in, 6 hours ago we're slowtalk.com.

Was this scheduled? I'm curious as to why we weren't notified.

All customers were notified. I'm not sure about the first date, but there was also a reminder email sent yesterday, to the email address we have on file.

I asked on the support ticket for that e-mail to make sure you have a correct one. But I also wonder why it was never posted in the System/Service Notifications forum, which I thought is supposed to be used to "post information about scheduled maintenance, prolonged issues, or anything else concerning service performance."

I'm also wondering if others didn't get notification since Falceros started this thread.
