He even sent me a picture to show what he sees on his screen, and only "Posted" shows without date and time. This is the first time I've had this come up. Anyone know why this might be happening? Below is his last email to me:

I have attached a screen shot of what I see on a typical post. Also, none of the links at the top of the post work (Go, New, Notify, Find, Tools, Reply). The "Previous Topic" and "Next Topic" at the bottom of the post DO work, however. I have everything enabled - cookies, Java, Javascript - so I am perplexed.

What you describe sounds like a browser with JavaScript disabled, not enabled properly, or some other form of JavaScript funkiness.

What web browser, browser version, and operating system is this user using? Are you using any custom JavaScript on your forum which might be interfering with Eve's JavaScript?

In his first email to me on this subject, this is what he said:
quote:
I subscribe to many different forums, and on all of them except this one, I can see, or configure to see, the date of the post. I can't seem to find any way to display the date/time of posts. I usually use Firefox, but have also tried IE7. Am I missing something?

The only recent changes to our site is that I've added adsense and google analytics.

I will ask him what operating system he is using, and get back with you on that.

Have him to to Go -> Personal Zone -> Preferences. Make sure he has a time zone option selected. If one is not selected have him select one, but regardless, have him submit the form even if he makes no changes to it.
