Are there some kind of system requirements to reach login of Groupee sites? We have a site member in Philly who's now wireless and can't reach a log in page. She gets a white screen that loads and loads but never reaches the log in page. She's running windows 98 and we wondered if that was the problem.

In the past we've had issues with ping time keeping members from getting into chat but never login.
